Wroclaw University of Science and Technology provides a secure Wi-Fi network in its campus area with SSID eduroam. Communication within eduroam network is encrypted using highest standards available.
eduroam is a global network used by thousands of universities and other organisations across the world in over 100 countries. Your account created here may be used to login to every eduroam network in Poland and anywhere in the world.
Below you can find all necessary information on how to access eduroam network.
We strongly advise to use dedicated eduroam installers available for various operating systems at cat.eduroam.org.
You can also download eduroamCAT or geteduroam apps from Google Play or iStore. During the installation please select Politechnika Wrocławska or Wroclaw University of Technology as your home organization.
Notice: Installation of eduroam configurator on Android devices requires enabling PIN screen lockout.
Login credentials
Login and password for eduroam network are the same as for Active Directory (AD) system. You must always add the @pwr.edu.pl domain part to the AD login.
You may change your AD password at this page.
Please note: this is NOT the login and password for Gmail system!

Eduroam applications
At cat.eduroam.org you can find various installers preconfigured for use at specific Universities. They are designed for various operating systems and allow for automatic eduroam configuration on your device. They also contain all certificates required to use eduroam network.
For Android 12 and newer versions, please use the geteduroam app.
